Women strings quartet opens the Jam Session circuit in Seville

The Jam Session Circuit, the 2019/2020 mobility program of the Soundroutes project will start the 19th of December in Seville with a great string quartet composed by women musicians coming from different countries and music tradition. They will meet in the Andalusian capitol for a music residency aimed at building a common repertoire that will be presented to the audience the 19th of December in the Fundación Tres Culturas.

The quartet is composed by:

CARMEN FERNÁNDEZ (Andalucía): cello
ESPERANZA MOHEDO (Andalucía): viola
RANA SHIEH (Irán): kamancheh
MAJA PETRUSHEVSKA (Macedonia): cello y mandola
